Now, I've done some research back and forth and know that actually not all people believe in "cheat meals", but I think their definitions may vary. Or they feel there are exceptions to the rule. For example, what really constitutes a cheat meal? And how does your body react to a cheat meal? How far are you from a contest date (or just a date that you plan on baring that belly)? Well, during last week's cheat I ate at P.F. Changs with some lettuce wraps, plus 3 chocolate chip cookies. Someone else might just increase carbs with some spaghetti or extra servings of rice. Meanwhile, a third person might eat 2 pies of pizza by themselves. All different ways of going about it. I lean towards the unextreme, but still want to enjoy my meal.
