Coach Jenn and the Bikini Body Contest

I hope by now you've noticed the Mom Buzz has a contributor! Let me formally introduce you to Coach Jenn! She is writing fitness articles for the Mom Buzz two Tuesdays a month, so be sure to stop by and learn how to transform your body and life. Especially since her current goal is to help you obtain that bikini body for summer!

Now, my husband used to be a personal trainer - heck he used to be MY personal trainer. Now I don't leave my children and he is being trained by Ian Harrison to enter a professional body building competition. My point is, that when I read what Coach Jenn says on her site, I agree with her 100%! For example, she has an article on the pros and cons of working out at the gym.

She also has a great article called, "Are Your Friends Making You Fat?" Did you know that if you gain weight, there is a 57 percent chance a close friend did too? Well, Coach Jenn can put a stop to that!

Here is what Coach Jenn says about herself:

"I am a loving wife to the best husband in the world and a proud mom to two wonderful children. I succeeded at losing over 30 pounds and recently became a fitness coach. Now, at age 40, my goal is to get in the best shape of my life. In addition, I want to help all of my readers and clients achieve fitness goals beyond their expectations."

Coach Jenn didn't do this overnight. She started with small, obtainable goals to build her stamina and see results. She soon discovered BeachBody Turbo Jam, which changed her life. It was fun, challenging, good for a variety of people of varying fitness levels and she saw results.
