Valentines Idea & Magic Shell

Do you like cherry covered chocolate? :chuckle: I know, you think Erin is drinking White Russians a little early. I am serious, though! You have to keep your eyes peeled for this one, it might be a "special edition" or "limited edition" treat. But for a while I had Smucker's Cherry Magic Shell in my pantry. You know Magic Shell, the syrup that you pour over ice cream and it gets nice and hard. Well, I was waiting for the perfect time to try it and I had the opportunity last week. I bought triple chocolate ice cream. Y'know, chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup and chocolate chunks. And then I poured a healthy serving of the cherry magic shell on it. Oh. My. God. I was in heaven. You would be too! I think I finished off that Magic Shell in 3 days! Good stuff! So if you see it, trust me, get a bottle! Like I said, it might be seasonal and you don't want to miss out.

Now, here is another decadent treat you can try with Smucker's Magic Shell. My husband loves the chocolate Magic Shell. But I usually pass. But the other day I REALLY wanted chocolate covered strawberries. So I poured some of the Magic Shell into a little dish. Then I dipped strawberries in it. It didn't get hard, but it definitely tasted better than using regular syrup. I am not sure why? But if you want a Melting Pot-like treat to share with your husband without the crazy expense, just get a bottle of Smuckers Chocolate Magic Shell, Strawberries and Bananas.(Yes, I tried it with Bananas, too! Just as yummy!) It would be a great Valentine's Treat.
