Buzzworthy Cleaning: Pledge

It seems like Pledge should be a staple cleaning supply in every household. How else would you clean a wooden surface, plus give it a nice glossy shine? I know there are other products out there that serve a similar purpose, but if we ever go that route we always return to Pledge. Mostly because I like that there is no residue left behind after cleaning. Other products leave a build-up that attracts even more dust!So, I was in luck when I was recently given a 12.5 ounce can of Lemon-Scented Pledge to use at my house. The scent was nice, not overpowering to my sensitive nose. Plus, it REMOVES up to 84 percent of ALLERGENS IN DUST! That's awesome for us allergy sufferers.
And I am not limited to using it to clean peanut butter off my wooden table. I can also use it to clean strawberry milk off the leather couch! And it also cleans stainless steel, marble and granite, although I haven't had that need in my house. We are wood and leather kind of people.
Plus, did you know that Pledge makes a load of other products to help clean wood, floors, glass, electronics and more? Like Pledge Dry Cloths can help remove dust, hair, dirt and dander from all surfaces. It has these little pockets that grab and hold these allergens. And Pledge also has a Fabric Sweeper to remove pet hair from fabrics. It picks up as much hair as 145 sheets of that sticky roller paper! Way cool.

I swear by their Multi Surface wipes and spray. I try not to use the spray because of my asthma. I just don't like to spray things, but I LOVE this product.

I have used Pledge for years (mom used Pledge so I do too). Anyway, I haven't tried the multi surface wipes or spray so that is one product that I would like to try.

I use their polish wipes, in a citrus scent and actually use the pledge can itself. I find it does such a good job that you don't need to use polish each time, a very dry/damp (I know it's a contradiction) wipe over with a wet cloth is all that is needed sometimes.

I really like the Pledge Protection Plus +, it protects from spills and stains. With 2 young kids, this has been a great help keeping our furniture stain free.

The Pledge Extra Moisturizing works perfectly on a desk that I inherited from my grandmother. Its pretty old, and this keeps the wood from drying out and cracking.
