Happy Hour: Grasshopper on the Rocks

Probably my favorite drink is a Grasshopper on the Rocks. When I order it, waitresses and waiters always seem confused as they head back to the bar. And often I get it served as a slushy drink - which I politely send back. Please, don't blend my grasshopper.

Ingredients:
Cream (or substitute milk)
Creme de cacao, white (I have used brown - it just isn't as pretty)
Creme de menthe, green

When I make it, I simply add equal parts of the ingredients above and pour over ice. If you want to get fancy, you can pour the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, shake well and pour into a martini glass. And some people do like theirs blended - just pour the ingredients into a blender with ice and blend. It is cool, minty and a perfect desert drink!
